Famous People's Novels

I am reading a Margaret Truman mystery now. It is Murder Inside the Beltway and it is pretty good. I used to read Steve Allen's mysteries. They included his wife, Jane Meadows, and I enjoyed the stories. I know other famous people have written novels, but I can't think who they are right now. Do you know any?

    I've read Steve Martin's Shopgirl, it was OK. I enjoy Margaret's mysteries but didn't know Steve Allen wrote mysteries, I'll have to watch for them at the thrift stores.
