Red Is for Blood

I went to the library and got some new books to read. Careless in Red by Elizabeth George is the sequel to What Happened Before He Shot Her. I love Miss George's books, but they should be read in sequence because the characters in the book are the same but the stories and crimes are different.
Kitty said she couldn't finish The Shack. I did find it hard to stay with the story too. It was also a little farfetched to me. It did make you question the way you see God. Some of the premises I did agree with such as you can find God anywhere not just in church and forgiveness doesn't condone the actions but frees the forgiver to live life without bitterness.
What color do you associate with mystery books? RED!
