Red wines, white wines, California wines, French wines, wines from Chili, champagnes, dry wines and sweet wines! So polish your palate and lend your opinions on what you consider a good wine. I know Kitty will have some good information on this subject because I understand she has a wine cellar. No one, but Mother and me, likes wines in my family. And Mother only likes zinfandel and champagne. I like a variety of wines from different places. What pairings do you like with certain wines.
